      (ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).

    B. All India Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidates.

    • The Candidate should be an Indian National
    • (i) Passed Higher Secondary, or its equivalent, with Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical, or Vocational as required subjects, obtaining at least 50% (at least 45%, in the case of candidates from Backward Class Categories and Persons with Disabilities, belonging only to Maharashtra State); should receive non-zero positive score in JEE Main Paper I or the can. However, the candidate with a non-zero positive score in JEE (Main) Paper I would be given preference over those with a non-zero score in CET.
      (ii) Passed the Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
