A successful Trainee Scientific Officer(TSO) scoring a minimum of 50% aggregate marks on completion of the OCES Program has the career option of becoming a Scientific Officer 'C' (SO/C) in the Level 10 - ₹ 56,100 of the 7th Central Pay Commission Pay Matrix(Total monthly emoluments will be approximately Rs. 94,000/-per month.)
