This blog aims to explore the top career domains to venture into, after Class 12th and also to provide a comprehensive guide for the streams, educational qualifications & and salary prospects involved in the various programmes for higher education.
The twelfth board is a stepping stone for excelling in the chosen career domains by selecting the disciplines and streams of your choice.
After gaining working experience of a couple of years, those who aim for career domains in Management prefer to pursue an Online Master of Business Administration(MBA) alongside their job assignments.
The option to pursue an Online Master Business Administration affords the flexibility to learn at your own pace without adversely impacting your earnings through your varied occupations.
Online Courses are much sought after as the degrees earned in Open and distance Learning Mode and Online Learning Mode are equivalent to those earned in regular conventional mode.
Mostly, people at a young age either get influenced by the near and dear ones who achieve success in their respective career domains. They tend to look for high-salary courses after the 12th science stream or commerce or humanities streams etc., based on the faint impressions created in their minds.
For choosing a higher education programme, it is essential for the students of class 12th to make an informed decision about pursuing data science, software engineering, information technology, B tech courses, hotel management or any other bachelor's degree.
The Distance Pathshala’s endeavour is to make young students fully aware of the plethora of opportunities in their respective career domains.
The educational programmes offered by UGC entitled Universities and Colleges in India, in Open and Distance Learning Mode and Online Learning Mode, are preferred by students to get suitable placement in their respective career domains.
What is pertinent for the students is to correctly know about their passions. Once students are adequately apprised of the career opportunities, they start making decisions themselves as per their likings, and interests.
A promising student is the best judge in critically introspecting and analysing his strengths and weaknesses from time to time and delving deep into exploring data science, software engineering, information technology, b tech courses, hotel management, bachelor degree or online master business administration programmes.
Committed students, advertently or inadvertently analyse the threats and opportunities with the objective to realise their dreams for their chosen career domains.
For some, Mathematics is their forte. Some distaste and dislike it. Likewise, some are good at Commerce and Business studies. Some, though initially not up to mark gear up later in order to excel in their prospective career domains.
Top career domains to venture after the 12th class are varied involving graduation courses of 3-4 years duration, diploma courses of 1-2 years duration, polytechnic courses of 3 years duration and short-term certificate courses.
Usually, the streams chosen after passing the 10th grade lay the foundation of the career ventures of individuals. Students with a firm grip on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics aim for high-salary courses after 12th science.
